1.Qualifications
& Pre-approval

 

Submits to WSFC Account
Manager

  • Loan submission , loan application and supplement
  • TriMerge Credit Report
  • Purchase & Sales agreement (if applicable)
Financial Agreement (one time submission)

Written Conditional Pre-approval letter (CPL) will be issued within 72 hours of complete package submission stipulating:

  • Loan amount
  • Rate
  • Documents required for underwriting
  • Documents required for closing
Estimated fee for appraisal

2. Underwriting

  • Submits signed CPL and appraisal processing fee.
  • Submits all additional information and documentation
Maintains communication
  • Order appraisal
  • Orders title
  • Conducts fraud guard
  • Obtains environmental insurance
  • Conducts real estate and income analysis
( when applicable)

     

3. Closing & Funding

 
Submits signed commitment and schedules a closing date
  • Coordinates with title company and attorney
  • Prepares all loam documents and sends to closing agent (same day funding available for purchases)
  • Sends executed docs to custodian for review
  • Issues funding next day
