The following list will help you identify the types of information we will need to make an informed decision about your business. |

- A completed application (provided by WSFC).
- Financing Agreement signed by Buyer(s).
- Last 2 months bank statements evidencing proof of assets- down payment plus closing costs.
- Leases for all non-owner occupied units.
- Expense statement (include annual property taxes, insurance premium, management fee, reserves factor, maintenance espouse, utilities, heating, legal/accounting/administration expenses).
- If purchase, the fully executed sales contract, with original signatures.
